• £12-£15 per hour

The Role

• To provide service to guests according to established standards.
• To provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
• Responsible for all duties, prior to, and after service.
• Serving as directed to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
• To serve the tables in the dining area, taking the clients’ orders and to maintain the cleanliness and the presentation of the restaurant to the highest standards possible.
• Preparing and settling bills.
• Maintain guest relations and smoothness of the service cycle.
• Carry out any other related task at the instruction of the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness in the restaurant and nightclub.
• Maintain hygiene standards.
• Maintain a healthy work atmosphere.
• Other opening, hand over, ongoing and closing duties.

Requirements

• High level oral communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• Friendly, personable, and approachable.
• Restaurant/Nightclub experience preferred
• Systematic, dynamic, and positive attitude
• Must have a good command of English
• Must have a positive attitude
• Outgoing personality
• Work well in a busy and thriving atmosphere
