A large dental practice in Ecuador is looking for a bright, motivated, professional with a minimum of 4 years of experience to take on an exciting, challenging, and rewarding role as the Business Manager.

The Role

• Manage, train, and develop all members of staff
• Oversee service providers and official partners
• Quality control all services/systems and document findings accurately
• Continually improve the profitability of the company
• Produce weekly, monthly, and annual reports
• Make sure all equipment is calibrated and fit for purpose
• Work closely with the HR Manager and company Directors
• Adhere to company policies
• Understand and adhere to all binding legislation in Ecuador
• Involvement in hiring decisions
• Each month brief the Board of Directors
• Make sure staff morale is high
• Take responsibility for Health & Safety matters

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business
• Minimum of 6 years working in a managerial role
• Prior experience in dentistry is preferable
• Inspirational leader/manager
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Good computer skills
• Hardworking nature
• Capable and willing to mentor junior members of the team
• Effective communicator
• Self-motivated with desire and energy
