The Role

• Perform Field and Workshop sales/service activities within the region.
• Assist in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual financial targets.
• Responsible for diagnosing and analysing causes of product failures, reporting findings to local management making recommendations for improvement.
• Have direct interface with customers to build relationships, establish communication and promote company analytics packages.
• Support for all sales and service colleagues.
• Customer support for all products.
• Support for agents and distributors.
• Performing repairs to Fire and Gas detection and associated systems.
• Complete detailed and accurate reporting on all workshop repairs, site visits and projects.
• Service and commissioning of field-based equipment and systems.
• Perform product and training support within the region.
• Assist QA reliability to determine root cause analysis on product failures.
• Assist and manage, control and report warranty costs.
• Assist and manage stock inventory levels and costs.
• Assist and identify business growth opportunities throughout region.
• Ensure HSE compliance.
• Ensure Company Code of Conduct compliance.

Requirements

• Electrical/Electronic/Instrumentation Technical qualification such as HND, HNC or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years direct field-based service experience.
• Proven record of strong organizational abilities.
• Experienced working under pressure to targets and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written (English & Arabic)
• In-depth technical knowledge of Fire and Gas Detection products and applications.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Excellent PC skills.
