Skills Provision is searching for a Senior Client Relations Consultant for a company in South Africa.

• R 300,000 p/a

The Role

• Mediate the relations between the Dealer and the business
• Assist customers with any queries they have relating to the product
• Work with other departments to align processes
• Ensuring calls are answered in a timely manner
• Accurate logging cases on the system
• Assigning cases to the relevant department / people where necessary
• Follow up on queries / cases through to resolution
• Ensuring customer satisfaction standards are met at all times
• Ensure optimal service deliver by answering all requests for assistance eg. Email, fax, etc.
• Coordinate appropriate solution to presented problem
• Assess and analyse the nature of the enquiry or customer complaint
• Retain cancelations in the most effective way
• Efficient administration in order to assist customers

Requirements

• Computer literate
• 5 years minimum experience
• Experience in the motor and finance industries
• Knowledge of the Consumer Act is an advantage
• 3-4 years customer care knowledge and experience
