The Regional Manager is responsible for setting the standards for all employees within the company, a prestigious and rewarding post.

  • Design, develop and implement strategic and financial plans to maximise profitability and provide continuous growth.
  • Monitor key operating statistics to identify opportunities for financial improvement and implement appropriate changes.
  • Achieve company goals and missions.
  • Recruit, develop and retain location Managers in addition to monitoring and evaluating existing staffing levels to provide for current and future needs.
  • Act as the liaison between location personnel and corporate management.
  • Create and maintain a team environment through empowerment, joint problem solving, and recognition of achievements.
  • Promote and ensure continued business growth.
  • Ensure all operating practices within the market area follow corporate policy and procedure in addition to federal, state and local laws and regulations.
  • Act as a representative of the company working on enhancing community relationships.
  • Verify completeness of personnel files.
  • Handle any customer complaints.
  • Make sure compliance reports are completed and review monthly with store Managers.
  • Ensure tools and supplies are available.
  • Train Managers in ordering procedures to keep a handle on inventory control.
  • Develop a fleet lead account identification process.



  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
  • Minimum of 8 years work experience managing in an automotive environment.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in a retail setting.
  • Natural passion for the automotive sector.
  • A natural leader.
  • Act as a key interface between workers and the board of directors.
  • Strong work ethic.
