Project Architect needed in the United States

Skills Provision is searching for a Project Architect to work for an award-winning company that provide structural planning and design services throughout the United States.

Position: Permanent

Salary & Benefits

• $87,500 pa

The Role

• Reporting directly to the Project Manager
• Compile and document detailed structural reports
• Develop strong relationships with all clients
• Manage sub-contractors
• Liaise closely with local authorities
• Provide detailed cost analysis for a project
• Mentor junior members of the team
• Stand in for the Project Manager as and when required
• Recommend service upgrades and improvements for the business
• Produce monthly and annual reports for the BOD

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years professional working experience
• Hold a degree in Architecture
• Hold supplementary professional qualifications
• Experienced and confident on all relevant documentation
• Strong understanding of building materials
• Proficient on all related software suites
• Creative and innovative persona
• A natural leader and strong asset to the company
• Effective communicator in all settings
