Role

• Create a change and communication action plan
• Complete a stakeholder change impact analysis assessment
• Develop a change network
• Produce surveys to baseline organisational readiness
• Create and build an IT project brand
• Manage project awareness campaigns
• Create a training strategy plan
• Produce performance-based courses
• Produce end-user training course material

Requirements

• Master’s degree in communication or organisational change
• Minimum of 10 years working at a senior level (change related)
• Supporting professional qualifications desirable
• Effective communicator
• Natural leadership qualities
• Hardworking nature
• Ability to mentor and develop members of the team
• Candid and confidential nature
