Operations Analyst Required in Uruguay

Skills Provision is searching for an Operations Analyst for a company in Uruguay.

The mandate for the Operations Analyst is to improve operational infrastructure to support the current and future requirements of the business.

Salary & Benefits

• 55,000 UYU p/m

Role

• Collaboration with all departments regarding financial data and reporting.
• Support the Delivery team with project set-up and maintenance.
• Assist finance with month end close activities including budget updates and revenue reconciliation.
• Creation and management of weekly and monthly accounts as well as operational and financial reports.
• Identifying financial risks and work with management on avoidance.
• Ad hoc financial reporting and analysis as requested by leadership.
• Work with the business operations team to optimise reporting transparency, focus and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a managerial position.
• Knowledge of project management/financial/accounting principles, practices, techniques, and tools
• Expert in preparing, analysing financial reports.
• Talent for translation of business context between operations and finance
• Highly organised with time-management and attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, written, oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional/creative services experience is a plus
