Skills Provision is searching for an Office Assistant for an IT company in Hungary.

The employer is looking for a new team member to join the accounting department while also handling some administrative and office-related duties.

The Role

This role will consist mainly of accounting input, reconciliations, invoicing, accounts payable and filing. In addition, you will be responsible for some office/administrative duties including reception and ordering supplies.   • Degree in Accounting is preferable but not essential
  • Proven telephone skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • A positive attitude and desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity
  • Attention to detail, ability to work quickly with strong organisational skills and a focus on quality of work
  • A minimum of 3 years work experience
  • Strong IT user skills and knowledge
  • Helpful attitude to assisting others
  • Strong work ethic
  • Naturally interested in mathematics
