The Role

• With the support and guidance from the CEO, the individual is expected to conceive, strategize, lead and manage the entire marketing activities of the company. This includes administering the social media, guerrilla marketing and direct marketing campaigns and devising new ways of reaching the target audience.
• The individual will need to maximize coverage of each of the platforms / event that the company undertakes through utilisation of all platforms / databases available to the company.
• Find ways to maximise visibility for the company and thereby enhance the number of subscribers that the company can target.
• Take a leadership position and serve as a mentor for other junior resources.
• Display initiative, determination and grit to be able to perform all necessary tasks related to the role.
• Support the preparation of pitch decks and presentations for a wide range of initiatives as the lead front line staff promoting the company’s services to senior decision makers.

Requirements

• The individual should be suitably qualified with a Bachelor’s degree (preferably Masters) in Marketing.
• Demonstrate the potential or a proven track record to deliver marketing strategies from end to end.
• Relevant marketing experience of managing some or all elements of a marketing mix.
• Demonstrate from previous work experience an ability to take initiative and do things outside of constraints and deliver on their goals and objectives.
• Demonstrate strong competency and experience to work with powerpoint with the ability to provide structured proposals and visualize key messages for pitching to potential clients.
• Overall strong IT skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• String team performer.
