Skills Provision is searching for a Manufacturing Compliance Coordinator for a company in Canada.

The employer is a well-established, fast growing, manufacturing operation with long-term staff and inspiring leadership. They are looking for a forward-thinking, team member to push forward their compliance procedures and working standards in Vancouver.

Salary & Benefits

Role

  • Organise & maintain training records for all personnel
  • Develop training programs and work instructions for manufacturing personnel.
  • Ensure all personnel follow safety procedures and company policies.
  • Work in conjunction with Director of Quality to maintain compliance in all areas.
  • Project planning, implementation, tracking, and reporting on updates.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance of training records and work instructions.
  • Interpret and present technical data.
  • Working with the Management Team to maintain business objectives and key performance indicators.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
  • Minimum of 8 years recent or manufacturing experience.
  • Must have a proven track record dealing with compliance.
  • Must have proven presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Excellent reading, writing, mathematical and communication skills required.
  • A strong character able to push forward all elements of compliance
  • Full understanding of legal requirements for the whole company.
  • Dedicated and hardworking.
  • Operates well under pressure.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines.
