The Role

  • The primary focus of this role is to support the integrated maintenance services manager in the financial management of a nationwide facilities maintenance operations.
  • On a daily basis you will be involved in tendering and negotiating facilities contracts, monitoring service level agreements and developing the suppliers billing processes.
  • The role will also involve developing and applying schedule of rates, procuring suppliers and equipment, providing reports and spread sheets and attending management meetings.
  • This role is vital to the success of the organisation and will suit an individual who is career focused and with a flair for customer services.

 

Requirements

Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels, team player with a track record of working on own initiative, flexible and receptive to change, focused and able to work under pressure, effective planner and organiser, with an eye for detail.

Skills:

Effective management of commercial operations, a strong understanding of facilities management, sound commercial awareness, experience in facilities budget setting, IT literate and good communication skills
