Skills Provision is searching for a HVAC Engineer to work for a construction company in the Netherlands.

Our client specialises in the design of simple, elegant, cost-effective systems for high-performance buildings.

Location: Zwolle, Netherlands

Position: 3-year contract

Salary & Benefits

• €49,500 pa

The Role

• Design of mechanical systems
• Load calculations
• Equipment selection
• Analysis of equipment energy use for optimising systems selection
• Develop system narratives
• Coordinate mechanical system design with architects and other consultants
• Produce technical specifications
• Review own work to ensure accuracy
• Interact and work with diverse set of clients and subcontractors
• Perform other duties as needed and directed by managers

Requirements

• Formal qualifications in Mechanical Engineering
• 2+ years’ experience
• Background in MEP consulting
• Experienced in sustainable design
• Excellent communication skills: articulate, assertive, and confident
• Knowledge of relevant digital systems
• Good listening skills
• Hardworking
• Creative thinker with effective teamwork skills
• Project management experience
• Good client skills
• Able to meet deadlines and communicate with team around deliverable schedules
• Fluent in Dutch and English
