The Role

  • Supervise entire recruitment Life Cycle.
  • Conduct Interviews with Department Heads present.
  • Prepare employment records on request.
  • Arrange and manage conference room bookings.
  • Manage the training facility booking system.
  • Manage company emails.
  • Disseminate managerial information.
  • Produce job descriptions.
  • Book travel arrangements.
  • Run diaries for key personnel.



  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong IT skills
  • Shorthand (desirable)
  • Pleasant natured
  • Fluent in English (written & oral)
  • Hard working nature
  • Conscientious and diligent
