Skills Provision is searching for a Human Resources Analyst for a company in Croatia.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the HR Analyst will perform a variety of functions including recruitment, compensation, employee relations, and training; special projects may be assigned.

Salary & Benefits

  • 235,000 HRK p/a

The Role

  • Provide recruitment and selection services to all departments.
  • Develop new or revised job descriptions based on classification studies.
  • Create, process, update and maintain accurate employee data records, including all appropriate payroll information.
  • Assist HR Director with employee relations issues and appeals or protests of personnel decisions and/or procedures.
  • Perform special project research as directed.
  • Prepare training materials for employee development and conduct trainings in personnel/payroll related matters.
  • Assist the HR Director in the review and implementation of human resources programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Consult with departments regarding the use of appropriate personnel policies and procedures.
  • Represent the department at meetings and on committees.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.



  • Minimum of 6 years HR experience
  • Formal qualifications in Mathematics
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles
  • Strong IT user
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to prioritise and organise daily workflows
  • Enthusiastic personality
  • Fluent in English, multi-lingual beneficial
  • Work well as part of a team
  • Able to understand new processes and ideas quickly
  • Able to maintain confidentiality
