Skills Provision is searching for a Facilities Manager for an up and coming property company.

Salary & Benefits

  • A$110,000 pa

The Role

  • Accountable for managing the facilities, maintenance and repairs of all stores, warehouses and offices.
  • Appoint and manage contractors and suppliers.
  • Develop and manage programs to meet servicing, maintenance, and repair strategies.
  • Qualifying and managing the performance of vendors, suppliers, service providers and contractors including issuing of tenders and contractual agreements.
  • Control the budget for facilities including projects and capital programs.
  • Lead projects related to all Australian-based properties.
  • Liaise closely with operations to ensure an effective service levels within the agreed budget.

 

Requirements

  • Significant experience within facilities or project management
  • Previously worked in a property environment
  • Professional qualifications held, preferably a bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to lead and manage in a complex fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Detailed operator with a fine eye for detail
  • English speaking
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to produce strategic reports
