The Documentation Control Coordinator is responsible for executing internal process. This entails controlling the accuracy and continuity of information submitted for product release, change approval, and routing submissions via the appropriate group.

  • Responsible for following the ECO system and information routed according to company procedures.
  • Maintain master project registers.
  • Control engineering drawing files.
  • Control material specifications for new and existing designs.
  • Control manufacturing documents, flow charts and work instructions.
  • Responsible for product-based communication and distribution of information.
  • Create new part numbers for products as required.
  • Assist in auditing information and answering questions related to documents and information being controlled.
  • Track actions and owners responsible for change.
  • Perform other quality actions as assigned.



  • Bachelor’s degree in a related/compatible subject.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a similar environment.
  • Knowledge of good manufacturing practices.
  • Effective organisational skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Works well in a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritise and handle multiple projects at the same time.
  • Strong work ethic.
