The Role

  • Oversee course bookings
  • Schedule and manage training sessions
  • Work with developers to improve the online experience of customers
  • Work closely with the company’s Finance Manager
  • Quality control all marketing material
  • Generate and analyse customer reviews, paying attention to negative comments
  • Work under the company’s HR manager



  • Multi-lingual specialist is required
  • Ideally holds a B.A. in Business
  • Professional experience in customer service, support, project management and administration
  • Team player
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with working in a diverse, cross-cultural environment is a plus
  • High level of comfort with technology
  • Very organised and structured working style
  • Energetic, highly motivated, and able to balance multiple tasks and priorities flexibly
