Skills Provision is searching for a Customer Service Professional in Pohořelice, Czech Republic.

With over 1000 staff across the entire group, the employing company is looking to expand their European operations. They specialise in the supply and distribution of automotive tyres and wheels.

Role: Customer Service Professional

Sector: Administration

Duration: Full-time

Location: Pohořelice, Czech Republic

€1580 per month (based on 40-hour week)

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming requests and queries
• Professionally resolve concerns, complaints etc
• Fully understand the product range
• Keep up to date with pricing and availability
• Collaborate with other departments when required
• Undertake administrative tasks

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service
• Hold a secondary-level vocational qualification
• Communicate effectively in English and Czech (B1/B2 Conversational level)
• Adaptable and attentive
• Personable nature
• Work well under pressure
• Hard working nature
