Salary

  • Head: £32,000 – £36,000 p/a+ bonus
  • Sous: £27,000 – £30,000 p/a+ tronc
  • Junior Sous: £24,000 – £27,000 p/a+ tronc

The Role

  • Being accountable for all food stocks on site
  • Maintain all equipment in the kitchen to company standard reporting when it requires maintenance
  • Leading by example when serving food to our guests, ensuring that standards and service spec are always followed for a great guest experience
  • Following and implementing the health and safety and food safety policies
  • Setting your team up for success, delegate and follow up with your chefs consistently and often, coaching and giving feedback

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality
  • Formal qualifications are welcomed
  • Experience with Caribbean/Cajun cuisine is required
  • Guest focused
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Desire to improve restaurant performance
  • If applying from outside of the United Kingdom, applicants will need to meet the requirements for the Skilled Worker Visa, this includes meeting the minimum 4.0 IELTS score
