Skills Provision is searching for a Change Management Specialist for a company in Bulgaria.

The Change Management Specialist will work with the Team to implement new technologies and business processes. The primary focus will be on communication content development and delivery to maximise engagement.

The Role

• Develop and execute communication plans and strategies across impacted audiences.
• Align communication plans with Change Management strategies.
• Liaison with Geographical Leads to gather input on needs assessment and coordinate timeline of deliverables and execution.
• Facilitate reviewer/approver cycles with stakeholders and incorporate feedback in communication materials.
• Manage development timelines to ensure adequate time to localise and customise.
• Identify potential risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.

Requirements

• Experience developing communication strategies and materials.
• Experience with execution of communication delivery methods.
• Provide exceptional communication skills — both written and verbal.
• Experience with managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor.
• Solid understanding of how people go through the change process.
• Provide experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
• Provide experience with large-scale organisational change effort.
• Demonstrate familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
• Able to work effectively at all levels in an organisation.
• Provide problem solving and root cause identification skills.
