Skills Provision Accommodation Policy (UK and Republic of Ireland only)
In most instances employers are required to assist with accommodation for international workers coming into the UK or the Republic of Ireland.
To assist with this Skills Provision, have an exclusive agreement with a nationwide housing provider to source suitable accommodation
Employers
Pay an admin fee of £100 per worker
Pay the accommodation deposit
Pay 4 weeks rental in advance
Provide a legal commitment to 1 years’ rental
Inbound employees
Agree to monthly rental deductions from source
Commit to stay in the property for the period of the lease
Agree to keep the accommodation in a reasonable state
