- Chief Manager (Credit and Advances)- This is a supervisory role equivalent to Vice President in Private banks. In this role i facilitated team work among 40 branches focusing on sustainable and environment friendly financing solutions. I developed risk management frameworks, and conducted in-depth credit performance analysis, ensuring portfolio quality and regulatory compliance.
- Chief Manager (Branch Operations)- This is a supervisory role equivalent to Vice President in Private banks. In this role I led a multifaceted team to achieve business target of £360 million against budgeted target of £280 million. My strategic business plan focused on SMEs and Micro finance institutions based on the Grameen Bank Model.
-Manager- Trade and Foreign exchange operations- This is again a supervisory role equivalent to Team leader in Private banks. In this role I oversaw Trade Finance operations on the region, with a team of 28 trade finance executives, facilitating Export finance, LC/BG opening, Bill discounting and negotiation.
