LT Regis has 17 years of Project Management and Field Engineering experience which includes state & federally funded work with the Naval Facilities Engineering Command, NYS Dept. of Transportation (NYSDOT) and Maryland DOT. He has a vast array of knowledge in buildings, highways, bridges, sewers and water mains. Some of his structural experience includes live load jacking, replacement and installation of concrete bridge roadway decks, localized repairs of structural concrete, reinforcement and replacement of structural steel, non-destructive testing to include dye penetrant and magnetic particle testing on steel stringer girders. His infrastructure experience includes, but are not limited to, sheeting, pile driving, construction of storm/combined sewers, manholes, chambers, catch basins, water mains and milling for trench restoration.
