WORK EXPERIENCE

June 2010 – December 2012 Brand Ambassador for Pro Aktiv Training.

Weekend Brand Ambassador for Miele Appliances. My responsibilities included having an avid knowledge of all products, dealing with unsatisfied customers and ensuring Miele Representatives addressed their problems efficiently.

January 2013 – Till Present City Of Choice Travel and Tours Pty (Ltd).

Assisting with marketing campaigns and initiatives that called for more creative and innovative responsibilities. Other duties also include aiding with tender documents, managing projects under supervision of Marketing Director. I learnt how to work well under pressure but also utilise various qualities in the workplace such as creativity, problem solving, working with colleagues but also time management and efficiency.

SKILLS

Marketing – This skill was acquired while being a Brand Ambassador for Miele Appliances where I had to liaise with potential customers in promoting the brand and highlighting key features that made it stand out.

Advertising – Involved in advertising campaigns, website innovation and other creative tasks that call for inventive skills.

Planning and Organisation – This skill was developed while assisting on projects and tender documents. I had to be on top of my game and work under deadlines and make sure documents were in order and correct.

Leadership – This skill was harnessed in school as well as university where i headed up organisations as well as group meetings and initiatives.

Interpersonal – This skill was developed through years of interaction with a diverse culture of individuals, from peers at university to several different individuals while marketing and employing customer relations.
