 MBRHE (Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment) - for M/S Govt. of Dubai
Construction of Residential complex Building in Dubai
Project cost AED 120 Million, the project comprises with 1 Unit C- type Building (G+3+Roof), internal Roads, pavements, play equipment & Landscape.

Job Responsibilities:
o Review of project scope, deliverables, technical specifications, design drawings, geotechnical report
o liasoning/ closely coordinating with consultant for various approvals – shop drawings, RFI, CVR, Temporary structural design and reports, Method Statements etc.
o Providing technical expertise to the Civil, Structural, architect Engineers & detailers.
o Design calculation, reports & design review and design of temporary works.
o Provide layouts, general arrangements and detailed technical drawings (architectural/structural drawings-Block work, false ceiling, water proofing details, GA & Rebar drawings, excavation drawings BBS etc.)
o Supervise the Detailers team by managing their time and by cross-checking all drawings to ensure it is up to standard.
o Technical solutions for the inquiry, manage, and motivate the subordinates as a team to fulfill the tasks required by the company.
o Assign the work to the technical team, subordinates, guide and supervise the work as per required quality and on time.
o Resolve technical related issues, meet with clients and third parties for technical queries, support and clarifications, visit project sites when necessary.
o Developing guidelines to ensure all design decisions minimize the cost and time overruns, whilst continuing to deliver high quality projects.
o Overseeing the design submittals loading assumptions, soft and hard copies of calculations and drawings to provide comments and assurance on design standards, codes of safety and stability, strength and stiffness specifications where needed.
o Support the Project Managers with accurate drawings from design to production.
o preparation of construction methodology, sequence of works and project planning
o Prepare assembly and detail drawings.
o Coordination with other trades MEP and other sub contractor’s drawings.
o Meeting with consultant, client and other stakeholders.
o Prepare BOQ for the approved drawings for the procurement, production and PMs depts.
o Makes necessary time calculation for drawings development and Ensure deadlines are met
o Liaise with manufacturers to make sure requirements are met.
o Provide information and make suggestions on availability of suitable FF & E as required.
o Negotiate, co-ordinate and liaise with suppliers to ensure that all specifications and deliveries are being met on time and on budget.
o Design of temporary works.
o Review of design calculation prior to submission to consultant/client.
o Preparation and review of method statements.
o Coordination with project team PM, CM, PE, and site engineers.
o Guide QA/QC & estimation team.
o Preparation of As-Built drawings & Closing of project.
