Besides the skills and qualifications mentioned above, my achievements
during different assignments speak about my suitability for a procurement position in any organization.
1- During my first employment, I devised procurement procedures and documentation and successfully looked after the procurement of raw materials and transportation. Saved up to 20% of the budget.
2- While joining Descon Engineering and EPC, I had no technical background but with in an year, an electrical engineer and a senior colleage were working under my assistance. I worked on various proposals as a procurement lead and my last assignment was ADCO Tie-in Job at South East Area, Abu Dhabi. Worked as a project buyer and saved up to 15% of the budget.
3- At SUEZ, I was hired only for 6 months but gained up to 22% discounts on the purchase orders already finalized and were to be sent to the vendors. But I reworked and saved thousands of dollars for the employers.
