With nearly 3 decades of leadership experience in delivering innovative and strategic people and operational management practices across multiple industries and geographics, I have earned myself a reputation as an acclaimed and accomplished management thought leader with an unrelenting zeal to drive business and operational excellence with people-centric strategies and practices to create value and achieve transformational change across diverse business domains in multiple industries namely Manufacturing, Marketing, Retail, Banking & Services, Distribution, Professional Institution, and Education.

Currently, as the Deputy General Manager, (The Chief People Officer) I am responsible for overall people management/ operation strategy in the bank to achieve year-on-year organizational objectives and in charge of managing the need of all stakeholders and processes related to building and retaining an exceptional team of professionals in the bank. Prior to that, held key HR operation leadership positions at renowned local and international organizations.

I act as an advisor and consultant by providing management solutions to execute to optimize people-centered activities such as talent acquisition, learning and development, leadership development, and performance management to ensure these efforts support the company's growth and bottom line.
