Roles and Responsibilities [ Plant  Maintenance ]

• Day to day given Maintenance Reports To Higher Officer like M.D.

• Weekly & Monthly Reports Prepared  Maintenance & Requirements for given to Higher people.

• Make Purchase Request to Purchase Department.
•  Checked all the Machinery Items Purchased. 

• Weekly check all Pumps Running Condition of lubrication, Noise,      Mechanical Seals Leakage.

• In the Shut down maintenance maintain pipe lines, valves, packings etc…

• Weekly clean the all plants , Pumps, Agitators etc….

• In the Shut down Repairing and Reconditioning of all pumps.

• Checked the Agitator, Vessels, Coolers etc….. packings & Mechanical Seals etc… in Every Week.

POSITION TITLE  :  Design Engineer.

COMPANY              :  Liquee Seals Engineering.

DURATION            :  From Sep. 1995 to Dec. 1999.

Roles and Responsibilities [ Design of Pump Spares ]

• Day to day given Drawing Reports To Higher Officer like M.D.
• Prepare the Pumps Spares drawings Roughly.
• Checked the Final drawings drawn by Drafts Man.
• Maintain the all drawings in Design Department.
• Prepare the Job Card for Manufacturing to Work Shop.
• Random Checking the parts Manufactured.
• Assembled the Pump Spares & Mechanical Seals.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Professional Qualification : Full Time Bachelor Degree in MECHANICAL ENGINEERING From BHARATHIDASAN UNIVERSITY at Tiruchirappali  in November 1994.

Educational Qualification : Higher Secondary with Maths & Science From Govt. of Tamil Nadu Board in March 1989.
