I was responsible for effective purchases of laminating and packaging material, preparing purchase orders and monitoring of agreed conditions in supplying. I had to keep a register of suppliers and negotiate terms and conditions with producers. I was also responsible for stock monitoring and claims. I was also taking part in business meetings.

I was in daily contact with customers, making sales invoices and getting customer's orders. I was responsible for chasing late payments, purchases, sales statistics and general administration duties. In addition, I was involved in preparing for business exhibitions.

Kofola a.s., Kutno, Poland - 2005 - 2006 - Assistant production manager and purchase assistant

The main responsibility was the assistance of the production manager and purchasing material for a beverage production. I was also preparing purchasing orders along with organizing transport of material between Czech, Slovak and Polish production plants. The core responsibilities of this role were also to monitor all deliveries and carry out a daily stock checking. In addition I had to arrange accommodations for foreign visitors.

Job centre, Kutno, Poland - 2004 - 2005 - Administrative worker responsible for organization training courses

In this role I was responsible for helping unemployed people to find adequate courses to gain the correct training for future employment. I was communicating with unemployed people about their job experience, education and skills and base on that I had to find proper course. After founding the right course I prepared documentation which was needed to start the training.
