• Total Spend Accountability: about 100 mln Euro/yr (400 mln PLN/yr),
• Developed strategic sourcing plans for raw materials for concrete production for 35 mixing plants and maintenance materials for 2 cement plants and 25 quarries,

• Lubricants project  - implemented in 25 quarries and 2 cement-plants,
• Bearings, belts and bolts project - implemented in 25 quarries and 2 cement-plants,
• Labo equipment project - implemented in 7 locations (hubs) in Poland,
• GPS project -  implemented in 35 mixing-plants,
• Screens and meshes project -  implemented in 25 quarries,
• Signs for H&S project -  implemented in 25 quarries and  35 mixing plants,
• Water project - implemented in 62 locations,
• Janitor project - implemented in 2 cement plants and 10 quarries in Poland,
• IT project concerning (MRPII) - JDEdwards purchasing module in maintenance at 35 mixing-plants and 25 quarries,
• H&S Project - safety standard CSM (Contractor Safety Management) dedicated to management of contractors and subcontractors in 60 locations in Poland,
• Reduced inventory over 50%,
• Drove for more competitiveness with internal suppliers (yielding cost improvements of about 7%)
• Coordinated all aspects of purchasing strategy including: concept development, vendor relationships, team communications, contract negotiations, budgets and final analysis,
• Negotiated cost reductions of 10% with external suppliers (end of 2012),
• Implemented purchasing instructions and procedures,
• Supervised a direct staff of  sourcing and procurement professionals (including: recruitment, induction, and daily motivation),
• Coordinated and implemented Procurement Card (p-card) Project in Lafarge business units in Poland which enabled company to eliminate cash advances foe employees  and extended term of payment into 40 days,
• Periodically Reported to EXCOM about  raw materials price fluctuation and stock rotation, which was the basis for price and budget strategy of the Company.

• Created the entire methodology dedicated to reduction of excessive and eliminating obsolete stock located in 12 consignment stocks in Poland;
• On the basis of implemented forecasts and  recognized the supply and demand relationship I decreased stock value about 500 000 PLN;
• implemented Microsoft Dynamics Navision (Enterprise Resources Planning) software,

• Reorganized Purchasing and Logistics Department as well as related processes,
• Implemented systems to avoid situations like over-stocking or out-of-stock,
• Managed and pursued all aspects of production planning and purchasing process concerning raw materials deliveries (annual purchases about 40 mln PLN) for production,
• Outsourced part of production to Polish as well as foreign subcontractors what delivered cost savings of 4 mln PLN (about 10%),
• Managed and decreased about 25% stock level of owned scheduled products, located at Scanclimber and Suppliers site (in Poland, Finland, Italy and Germany),
• Decreased 10% costs of WIP (Work in Progress),
• Planned production of hoists and working platforms in ERP program for factory and  work of 70 workers which enabled Company to keep the optimal level of Work In Progress as well as rate of employment,
• Led purchasing/planning/logistic team – directly 10 subordinates,
• Implemented Materials Management module of SAP program,
• Organized weekly interdisciplinary meetings with representatives of all departments in order to discuss  current and forecasted production plan,

• Managed entire logistic chain in two projects with yearly turnover about 15 mln PLN and profitability 10%,
• Build solid relationship with customers resulting in increased sale about 20%,
• Implemented cooperation with clients on the basis of consignment stock,
• Monitored and costs controlled in the whole flow chain of materials from the suppliers through the production and export of ready made products to the final customers,
• Foretasted production plans as well as safety stocks levels for various SKU's (raws & produced goods)
• Implemented 5% savings in production costs,
• Closely cooperated with R&D and quality department to ensure that quality standards are maintained

• Successfully organized the entire materials flow process from import of raw materials, production planning and subcontracting, outbound shipments to customers abroad,
• Exceeded sales target of 3 mln PLN to achieve 3,5 mln PLN growth by OEM products sales to new customers,
• Contacted daily with major subcontractor as well as clients,
• Led a team of 10 office employees,

• Negotiated contracts with foreign suppliers concerning purchases and import of elements for gas and water networks.
• Supervised a new warehouse building construction,
• Managed  the work of 12 employees in the office,

• Negotiated and drawn up contracts concerning purchase and  import of machinery and spare parts  for Tobacco Industry from England, Italy and Sweden,
