I hold 8-year experience as Project Manager working in a global bank structure. I worked and lived in Brazil, France and now in Canada. Previously in my careers I worked also as IT analyst and developer.
I have achieved experience in technical and management levels by dealing with business and software development teams in a variety of subjects.
I define myself as someone focused on problem-solving, solution-oriented. I always prior for a clear communication when dealing with team members, key stakeholders and staff manager as well.
Moreover I always tried to prioritize projects demands according to business and stakeholder needs, and I always ensure that projects followed the company internal compliance and governance rules.
I own an PMP accreditation which I renewed in 2019 (during my sabbatic break) and in 2020 I obtained the PSM 1 accreditation which provided me knowlegde of the of Scrum framework and basic agile concepts.

2014-2018: IT Project manager for Corporate and Investment bank office in Montreal. I\'ve worked with projects that tacked the finance and risk systems of the bank. I managed more than one project at time. I dealt with cross-location and cross-cultural stakeholders.
2009-2013: Project manager for the major retail bank in France. I managed a variety of projects that tacked the many bank retail business lines and the main bank website for clients. I work in a full francophone environment dealing with internal stakeholders (business and IT teams)
2008-2009: IT Analyst-Developer for a travel insurance company. I performed analysis and developed software modules using technologies such as Java, J2EE, JavaScript, Hibernate/Oracle PL-SQL etc.
