KASHAGAN PROJECT / Multi Project Scope of work on and offshore: - Engineering FEED, Detailed Design, Construction, manage, implement and maintain / improve the Management System in accordance with ISO 9000 / ISO 14001 and Management of Risk. Conduct Audits against Projects Technical Specifications and Project Procedures. Ensure all the Engineering, Quality Control / NDT Project requirements are met and compliant. SHELL (SGSI) HOLLAND. MANAGEMENT (CONSULTANT). REPORTING TO THE SENIOR PROJECTS MANGER. Scope of work: - Corporate, Asset and Review the company (SHELL Nigeria) and Project management system, to prepare a detailed Terms of Reference for development of the organisation management system indicating required staffing.  Prepare report covering finding and recommendations and implementation of recommendations.

2000 - 2002 

ENI/LASMO VENEZUELA. PROJECT MANAGEMENT (CONSULTANT). REPORTING TO THE DACION FIELD DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS MANAGER.  Scope of work: - Engineering FEED, Detailed Design, Risk and Construction, establish a Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9000 and ISO 14001, Implementation; Audit against Project Technical Specifications and Project Procedures.  Ensure all the Engineering, Quality Control / NDT Project requirements are met and compliant.  Monitor the EPC / PMC during FEED, Detail Design, Construction, Commissioning to ensure a smooth Certification and Handover phases of the Project.

1996 - 1999

COMMISSION OF EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES (TACIS-EU). PROJECT MANAGER, REPORTING TO THE DIRECTOR OF PROJECTS. PROJECT, TACIS RUSSIA (Project Completed on time and on Budget).  Established a Certification Centre for consultation for ISO 9000 and ISO 14001Quality Management Systems, Established the first International Certification Body for Certification to ISO 9000 Quality Management Systems in Russia, the right to issue these International Certificates recognised by UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service).  All Russian participants passed the Lead Auditors course and became members of the IRCA.

1995 - 1996

COMMISSION OF EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES (TACIS-EU). PROJECT MANAGER, REPORTING TO THE DIRECTOR OF PROJECTS. PROJECT, TACIS RUSSIA (Project Completed on time and on Budget), supporting the process of converting eleven (11)Military Manufacturing Plants for the production of Oil and Gas Equipment in the URALS Region, (i) setting up of a centre for certifying that equipment complies with Western Standards of Quality and Reliability, (ii) training, introduction and implementation of Quality Assurance Management Systems in accordance with ISO 9000 and ISO 14001, in eleven (11) Military enterprises, also to provide technical assistance for the supply of equipment not available in Russia , (iii) setting up of a Certification Body with the authority to issue ISO 9000 certificates in compliance with EN45012 and UKAS rules and regulations.

1994 - 1995

ALARCON (Abu Dhabi). GENERAL MANAGER / MARINE ENGINEERING SURVEYOR. REPORTING TO THE MANAGING DIRECTOR (OWNER).  Responsible for Project Management and Co-ordination, Engineering FEED, Detailed Design, Risk and Construction, Technical Appraisal, Inspection, Reliability, Safety, Quality Assurance ISO 9000 and ISO 14001 Management System, Certification etc., including the following: - Survey's Marine and Industrial Engineering, Inspection and performance of Tanks, Pumps etc, Naval Architecture, Design, Ship Repair and implementation of Quality Management Systems to ISO 9001.

1992-1994

CHIYODA CORPORATION (JAPAN & DAS ISLAND UAE). PROJECT ENGINEER.  Working on ADGAS THIRD TRAIN LNG PROJECT and refurbishment of tanks and pumping equipment on site at DAS ISLAND. Responsible for Engineering / Detailed Design, Mechanical Completion, Final Commissioning, Handover to Client for Acceptance.  Reporting directly to the Construction Director.

1992-1994

CHIYODA CORPORATION (JAPAN & DAS ISLAND UAE). SENIOR QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER. Working on design of ADGAS THIRD TRAIN LNG PROJECT in Head Office JAPAN. Responsible for Vendor/Suppliers Audits, Design Control, Internal Audits and Implementation of the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 / BS 5750.

1991-1992

JOHN BROWN ENGINEERS & CONSTRUCTORS LIMITED UK. PROJECT MANAGER QUALITY ASSURANCE working on SHELL SOLE PIT PROJECT, BP BRUCE AREA DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS. Responsible for all QA and QC functions on the above Projects, including Design Control, implementation of the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001/BS 5750 Pt1.

1989-1991

LLOYD'S REGISTER OF SHIPPING (WORLDWIDE) - ENGINEERING SURVEYOR (Onshore and Offshore)/ QA SURVEYOR.  Responsible for e.g.: Safety Project ESDV Program Southern Sector of the North Sea, Project Management, Engineering FEED, Detailed Design, Risk, Construction, Technical Appraisal, Inspection, Reliability, Safety, Quality Assurance, Onshore and Offshore Certification for Vessels, Tanks, Pumps (rotating equipment) etc., on behalf of LLOYD'S REGISTER OF SHIPPING and the DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY.

1984-1989

WESTINGHOUSE ELECTRIC S.A. (INTERNATIONAL). PROJECT MANAGER. Responsible for Engineering / FEED & Detailed Design, on site Project Management for Installation, Commissioning, Refurbishment/Rehabilitation of Steam and Gas Turbine Generators, Turbine driven Pumps etc.  The following:- some of the places worked – USA, BEIRUT, BUTTERWORTH MALAYSIA, ALEXANDRIA EGYPT, MOGADISHU SOMALIA, DAR-ES-SALAAM TANZANIA, SOUTH AMERICA etc., the later being WORLD BANK PROJECTS where successful negotiations were achieved.

WESTINGHOUSE AUSTRALASIA

Set up new mechanical workshops for repairs in SYDNEY, BRISBANE, and MELBOURNE in AUSTRALASIAN.  The above was successfully achieved.

Responsible for Engineering FEED, Detailed Design, Risk, Construction, Installation, Commissioning and Trouble Shooting Onshore and Offshore. Mather & Platt supplied pumps for onshore and offshore, tank farms, feed pumps for power stations and fire pumps (Steam and Gas Turbine Generators, Turbine driven Pumps etc worldwide.

ARAMCO (Saudi Arabia). MECHANICAL COMMISSIONING ENGINEER. Responsible for Installation, Commissioning of GOSP's equipment Onshore, and Offshore (including all rotating equipment).

ROYAL NAVY - MARINE ENGINEER.  Responsible for Planned Maintenance, Repair, and Operation of Main and Auxiliary equipment e.g.  Pressure Vessels, Tanks, Boilers, Main Steam and Gas Turbines, Turbine driven Generators, Pumps etc.
