• Financial Reporting: Monthly Management Reporting of Financial results (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Supporting Analysis and Exhibits). Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly statistics and reports concerning the business operations of the Company.
• Recording day-to-day cash & Bank transactions and accounting transactions.
• Detailed account review, Generate various Statement of Accounts ,preparing payment vouchers, processing payments, reconciliation of customers and vendor accounts, commission reconciliation and invoicing to vendors.
• Analysis on sales target/Achievement, Revenue and expenses, and other key performance indicators and present these analyses to sr. management.
• Proper Maintenance of Accruals, Prepayments and Audit Schedule, Month end close journal entries and supporting schedules/analysis.
• Production performance Report: Preparation and analysis of key management reports (cost of sales, inventory transactions, standard cost variances, product contribution analysis).

• Participate in risk assessment, planning, and execution of the audit plan including a review of all policies and procedures.
• Evaluate internal control process and whether Company units are performing their planning accounting, operational, custodial, and control activities in compliance with management instructions, policies and procedures and in a manner consistent with approved objectives and high standards of business practice.
• Checking for compliance of statutory requirement and Performing risk assessments on key business activities.
• Draft Internal Audit reports on the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control structure, along with practical recommendations to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and economic value of a control or process.
