I have experience in client-facing roles, developing strong relationships and business operation processes and I think that gives me an advantage when it comes to dealing with clients, customers, colleagues, departments, vendors, and other business partners via all channels
of communication and resolution such as chats, emails ticking, and others and others so providing support is my specialty plus the excitement I get after assisting someone is what drives me to this type of role.
I am passionate about this type of role and therefore get a lot of job satisfaction from it. I am confident and enjoy support roles because of the joy I gain after helping someone.
I have experience when it comes to analytical thinking, soft skills, investigation, reporting, tracking, diagnosing and troubleshooting, fixing issues, and presenting solutions with whatever approach and resources I have at my disposal to the work done.
