Working as a Maintenance Manager (Field Services) at various combined cycle power plant across the KSA region for developing and managing core teams to perform the turnkey maintenance and troubleshooting activities as per the Customer requirements to enhance the system efficiency.
Job Description: Providing technical and management consultancy for refurbishment and maintenance services including;
• Development & implementation of maintenance plans using SAP PM system with in the company.
• Budget Planning & cost control with effective utilization
• Modification & engineering of Plant Systems for retrofitting / Turnkey activities
• EHS coordination with other departments & conflict resolution.
• Arranging PTW and LOTO for System isolation and Testing commissioning with Plant OEM.
• Risk assessment and Root cause Analysis for breakdown , trips and equipment failure
• Timely Managing & Completion of tasks and Work order requests for Force shutdown activities by plant O&M team
• Capable of doing Alignment , NDT(Level-II) and Baroscopic inspections
• Mechanical Diagnostic Services (Vibration analysis , condition Monitoring & Risk based Inspections).
• Technical evaluation and bid / Quotation submission for our customers.

Commissioning Activities
• HRSG`s chemical cleaning and Steam blowing of HP, CRH, HRH, IP & LP steam piping.
• Hydraulic, Lube oil, Water, Air, Co2, Nitrogen & Hydrogen system flushing / purging / blowing.
• HRSG Systems commissioning i.e. HP/HRH/LP Bypass, Diverted Damper, HPU skids, BFPs etc.
• STG Auxiliary Systems Commissioning i.e Lube oil, Seal Oil, Lift Oil, Vacuum, Cooling water etc.
• Motor solo runs, Pump test runs, Equipment first starts
• Startup of Demin-Remin Plant of 1035 cm3/h capacity.
• Maintenance and operation of Pre-Filtration system (Rack screen & Drum screen type)
