Previous Employment Details:

-Understand the terms & conditions of contract and strategise Risk Management Plan with expertise from the internal stakeholders of the project
-Review the soil report & study the approved drawings in conformance to the existing site conditions.
-Thoroughly Study the Project Requirements & Specifications (Client, Green Building & Authority) so as to deliver agile results.
-Obtain demarcation and profile levels for the proposed project from the consultant.
-Solicit RFI documents, method statements from the suppliers to submit and Receive the approvals of all materials from the consultant.
-Prepare project schedule and cash flow chart from BOQ.
-Co-ordination of all site activities as per planned schedule
-Co-ordinate shop drawings from various sub-contractors to be approved by the consultant before execution.
-Manage the site works so as to ensure Quality & conformance to approved materials, specification, BOQ, schedule, budget and as per approved drawings.
-Review the quantities of workdone and approve the running bills of sub-contractors.
-Take off Quantities and notify any variations from the BOQ
-Prepare Material request, Monitor LPO’s & ensure the delivery of any material and machineries on time.(Control Inventory according to site Yard Facilities)
-Prepare weekly Look Ahead Program , review and reiterate the resources according to the look ahead program.
-Create MOM agenda and expedite the meeting to sort out any upcoming issues in a agile manner.
-Obtain Sample Approvals and demonstrate the mock sample of approvals to the client before starting of any activity.
- Identify any missing scope from BOQ and notify the same to change control system before execution.
- Take Site Progress Photos, Measure earned value of project & prepare monthly project report.
- Prepare Monthly Running Bills and submit to consultant for release of payment certificate.
-- Ensure project objectives are achieved and projects move forward in accordance with agreed scope, timeframe, budget, quality and safety standards.
