My most recent employment at Global Brands Group allowed me to refine my knowledge of PLM software and implementation. Training and supporting users, creating training material and mapping As-Is and T-Be processes.
March 2019 - Aug 2019:
I also completed a secondment which gave me exposure to Project Management, particularly Agile methodologies which I then used the tools and resources within my role of PLM support.
Jan 2017 - April 2018:
Prior to this I worked at Ted Baker as an Accessories Designer, but was also the main point of contact for PLM. I was responsible for attending discovery workshops, testing new functionalities and training my immediate team on the system.
