At Aurum I specialised in Advance Physical assessments and rehabilitation, with a focus on crafting tailored exercise regiments for individual clients. My role at Aroleap allowed me to excel as a strength and conditioning Coach, where I not only provided virtual Assessments, but also developed curated workout programs and program recommendations which helped optimise client engagement.
As a physiotherapist and senior Strength and conditioning Coach at Academy of strength; I led both Individual and Group classes on Strength, Mobility and Animal flow while conducting anatomy classes for both Clients and Other instructors at the academy.
