Short Bio:

I am eagerly looking for a senior occupational therapist post in dementia care or older people with multiple pathologies. I have four years experience in assessing functional and cognitive skills, carrying home visits. I delivers intervention, and took an active part in discharge planning of older adult patients with functional illnesses e.g. psychosis, depressive illnesses, and organic conditions such as dementia, Alzheimer as well as multiple pathologies.
