Previous Employment Details:

 Designing, planning, supervising, executing & calculating the electrical projects depending upon the site
 Handling the estimation procedure for each project
 Costing and Tendering
 Preparation of shop drawings and load schedule.
 Preparation of Bill of Quantities and Delivery schedule in line with Bar chart
 Procurement of Materials and Equipments.
 Collect the tender documents from Sr. Technical Engineer / Technical Manager
 Arranging for all Enquiries to various supplier / subcontractors with all requirements documents such as BOQ, (Bill of quantities), drawings, specifications etc. for tenders and projects
 Supervision and Project Management of Low current systems (Fire Alarm, Central Battery, Lighting control, CCTV, SMATV etc)
 Grand knowledge about DEWA online services and submission for getting electrical and water works.
 Submission of shop drawing and load schedule to DEWA and follow up.
 Co-Ordination of MEP works(Electrical, Plumbing and Fire fighting) in site.
 Co-Ordination with customer during Project Planning and execution
 Preparation of Monthly progress reports and taking corrective actions
 Discussion of work related issues with other employees, subordinates and colleagues
 Invoicing to customer and follow up.
 Negotiating with suppliers and purchase items at optimum cost
