Responsibilities:
• Communicating with the customers and getting orders from the customers.
• Creation of new customers and updating of new customers.
• Handling customer calls.
• Placing orders to the inventory department.
• Payment of order requests and payment postings.
• Invoice checking of various customers of the company and to check the product wise data base with the customer data base. (Two way matching and Three way matching)
• Calculate the interest rates of various customers which were calculated on the basis of credit periods.
• Calculating and charging quality discounts to the customers on the basis of total number of products being purchased by the customer.
• Used to work in indirect tax department of the MRPL, where various customer transactions were recorded through Central Government online portal and Commercial Tax department portal.
• Calculate sales tax, input tax and other taxes of the customers.
