I directed the activities and productivity of the entire organization as I represented the organization to the public. I was also the head of Sales & Marketing department in addition to my other responsibilities within the organization.

In my first 2 years of working in this position I achieved:
1- Raised the overall productivity of company staff to more than %33 by adding new policies and work strategies and Data sharing protocols.
2- Increased sales to %18 in the first 2 years and added other 10% the year after by applying new pricing policy and solid advertisement and marketing campaign.
3- Increased overall income and cash flows by attracting custom made software clients. Those clients were big local companies, Municipalities, Public institutes and N.G.Os.
4- Added new policies to after sale support which raised customer satisfaction and loyalty.

I handled clients with poor sales status or ones who wanted to improve overall sales. My duties were to keep the customer satisfied and increase his income whether by achieving higher sales or with lowering general expenses. I usually study the organization work and sales process and set a plan and some suggestions that can make the huge increase the client is seeking. Each plan has a specific marketing plan, a timeline and a budget which I follow through with the owner until we achieve desired targets.
