As i have previous experience in administration, management, customer service and sales. I would very much want to continue within a management position or a business support role where i can help the business grow and succeed. I have excellent customer service experience and always make sure the client is satisfied with the service provided.
As previously shown, i can undertake any tasks given, as i adapt to new environments very quickly. I have got sales experience within the customer service, where i communicate with customers and satisfy their requirements.
Lastly, i have exceptional computer skills as well as great experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint; but if needed, i can easily learn to use new softwares.

Previous Employment Details:

To start with, i had a healthcare assistant role (March 2018-October 2018), where i would work with the elderly and their daughters/sons; assisting them with their needs, planning and any other services needed for their daily activities.
While working as a healthcare assistant, i started as an administrator/Personal Assistant (May 2018-April 2019), where I undertook general administrative roles and general support services. I have learned a lot of skills within this role, that helped me to progress with my knowledge in this areas of the business.
Lastly, i have taken an Office Assistant role (June 2019-December 2019), where i have taken of both; the management of the business and the customer service. I have also given sales services in this role, where we would persuade our clients and go the extra mile to meet their requirements.
I have learned different methods depending on the business type, and the best way to communicate with clients and staff.
