 Supplied to Worley Parsons - Oman for a short term assignment to complete the documentation part of a fast track project.
 Responsible for reviewing the vendor quality documents to ensure the compliance to project quality requirements in line with project scope of work, Client specifications and SHELL standards & universal codes / standards.


Mar 13 – Jun 15Wood group CCC (WGCCC) OMAN
 Cluster QA lead of EMC - MARMUL area (Oman south) including integrity projects. Reporting to QA/QC Manager on all quality related matters. Responsible for following up with the implementation and maintenance of the company’s Quality System in line with good quality management principles.

 Lead a team of QA/QC Engineers and inspectors for a satisfactory and efficient implementation of project quality plan.

 Responsible for quality and technical integrity assurance framework and the establishment of the verification assurance audit program for design, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning phases in line with Client code of practice, specifications and procedures.

 Operate within the framework of established company policies and departmental procedures, guided by engineering codes, standard practices and procedures;

Feb 10 – Nov 12 Arabian Industries LLC (AIPLLC) Oman
 Heading the QA/QC department for various projects. Reporting to Corporate quality Manager (MR) functionally and to Business Unit Head administratively on all quality related matters.

 Responsible for the work carried out in QA/QC department and at all project sites during various project execution phases. To ensure that projects quality meets Contract &specifications requirements and within schedule and budget limits.

 To prepare and review Project specific Inspection & test Plans and quality control procedures, Obtain Customer\'s approval for the same and ensure all quality documents are made available to QA Engineers / inspectors (site) prior to commencement of work.

 To perform Quality Management evaluation of Sub Contractors and Vendors by surveillance visits and document review during bid evaluation and recommend their acceptability.

 To ensure that the approved Quality systems and Plans are fully implemented and are effective by regular surveillance and by conducting and performing individual system compliance audits.
