GENERATING PINS AND PROVIDING SUPPORT TO ALL BOP BRANCHES & CUSTOMERS

REPORTING TO MANAGER INFORMATION SECURITY AND CHEIF MANAGER AT I-T DIVISION

ACHIEVEMENTS:

• Coordinate with all BOP branches for ATM PIN CODES.

• Coordinating with M-Net/1-Link switch as well as ATM branches.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• ATM PIN Generation & Maintaining Report of Creation.

• Managing Stock Balancing after every Generation.

• Reporting Daily/Monthly and Coordination with the higher authorities regarding matters.

• Performed daily system checks and fixed troubleshooting in all listed areas when problems occurred.

• Configure Email system

• Coordination with System Administrator, Network Operations Analysts, Network Administrator of all Branches.

• Guide and convey the IT policy to the end users time by time.

• Complaint Handling regarding ATM PIN Code(s).

• Provide Customer Support regarding Captured Cards & PIN Codes.

• Give the Operational support to All Branches regarding ATM PINS.

• Managing Accounts and preparing the financial statement of ATM pin Generation Department.

• Maintained Billing and Accounts record of relevant Couriers and ensure accurate and timely processing of billing transactions.

• Supervision of Data entry and maintenance of filing record.

• Supervision of Dispatch ATM PIN Mailer/Captured Cards to all concerned and is maintaining records of acknowledgements thereof.

Training/Internships:

• “Complaints Handling and Telephone Etiquettes” for ATM Call Center (In-house Training Session).

• “First Aid” For handle Emergencies (In-house Training Session).
