• Nuclear & Explosive Facility HVAC Install, M&E Package Management within Hazardous areas.
• Nuclear and Explosive Facility Re-kit project (Approx. value £1m)
• Bid proposals & resource planning, Employee Development Review
• Work Package Author, Safe systems of Work Author.
• Project implementation, Budget & Program management Accountability.
• Contractor Appointment Manager (Works Supervisory Officers appointments).
• Contract Management.

• Construction and Commissioning of a new 15MW Dual fuel (Gas & Diesel Oil) Steam generating Boiler house, a site heating upgrade package within £20m Energy scheme, including buried Gas Feed pipe through a licensed explosives area with connection to a Pressure Reducing Station with Lightning Protection.
• Build and Install a new Fire Brigade BA multi-level training facility including Dedicated flash over room.
• Demolition of extensive Decommissioned Explosive Facilities part of the enabling works for a £999m+ project
• Decommissioning including demolition of nuclear facilities.
• Install new security search facilities with x-ray and metal detectors.
• Renovation(re-kit) of existing buildings/facilities, and install temp facilities/infrastructure for incoming major projects, new roads infrastructure, including material recycling.
• Install new Utilities, including directional drilling of new 8m-site water main.
• Produce and review Construction Management Plans, Logistics Plans, Site Option Reports, Emergency Response Plans, and Environmental Management Plans.
• Compile Construction Reports for presentation to senior management.

• Completed £8.2m work packages within £12.5m works for upgrade of existing High Security office block. 3 Core Building with eight split level floors. On time and within Budget.
• Install civil works packages; Upgrade building for Disability regs & Building regs Compliance.
• CTM Inc. Blast film, catch nets, CACS, Secure CCTV, impact rated Vehicle Blockers (rising and fixed).
• Manage M& E packages, HVAC Systems, Bespoke Electrical upgrades by floor and Upgrade BMS.
• Managing 20+ Sub-contractor companies, Logistics, material ordering and works planning.
• Forecasts of completion, works commencement and change control.
• SHEQ Management, Staff Welfare and safety Audit compliance, Produce & review Risk Assessments, Safe systems of Work and Method Statements.
• Support estimating and commercial disciplines in project delivery.

• Advising clients through consultation of the safest method of working at height in High Risk situations.
• Teaching and assessing clients’ work force, at all levels, safe methods of working at height and managing people who work at height. CITB licensed courses.
• Taught Rescue procedures, Designed and developed new rescue methods for extracting casualty whilst working at height approved by HSE.

• Site Manager for various refurbishments, residential and commercial build projects in Thames Valley Region and North West of England. Managing Health and safety aspects, Quality management including high end residential final finish, defects management, Management of Subcontractors within Civil’s and M&E packages of work.
