Key Duties/ Achievements:

• Successfully completed this dual role, maintaining full managerial control within the central production facility as well as providing essential support to the new foreman and developing employee skills through effective coaching and training

• Adopted additional responsibilities within the maintenance systems advisor and coordinator position including the analysis of current and updated equipment master data, offering advice in relation to changes following physical verification and P&1D’s

• Completed extensive liaison with different departments including engineering, SAP systems and production to manage all equipment master alterations

• Utilised equipment expertise, this included working with MANBW 16 RK270, Wartsilla Diesel Generators Model Vasa 32, Solar Mars Gas Turbine T 100, Free water knockout separators , Oil treaters, Topping plants, Mainline Pumps, Water Disposal Pumps and well sites for the oil and gas production

• Built and managed excellent 3rd party relationships in relation to oil exports, overseeing the shipping process through the faculty for Total DNO and Dove

• Managed all equipment including Caterpillar Diesels, crude oil storage tanks and electric booster pumps

Saudi Aramco-IPSA 2 project Zubair to Yanbu oil Pipeline and Associated Pumping Stations

Key Duties/ Achievements:

• Responsibility for playing a pivotal role within the building and commissioning of 5 pump stations IPSA 3 and 4 in Northern Saudi Arabia, managing the full maintenance process in line with requirements, working within a volatile environment

• Managed all equipment within the stations which included LM 2500 GE gas turbines driving Nuovo Pignone pumps, Allison 500 KS Gas turbines driving Kato generators, Howe Baker Distillate Fuel System and Marconi Station Control System

• Maintained full instrumental control of Mark 4 Speedtronic System, Allen Bradley PLC 3/10, PLC 5, PLC 2, Advisor PC Colour Graphics System, Micon Controllers, Nuovo Pignone trend monitoring systems, Bentley Nevada vibration systems, Woodward Governor electronic fuel control systems, Foxboro 760 series controllers, Solatron densitometers, Brooks Flow controllers and Rosemount Electronic instruments
