My previous Restaurant Manager position was held at Johnny Rockets, Doha. During my tenure, I became experience and came to work each day wanting to perform better than i did the previous one. My responsibilities included coordinating the front and back of the house, responding to customer complaints, Maximising customer satisfaction, supervising & scheduling shifts, proving employee feedback taking inventory, and maintaining sanitation safety protocols all the time.
I have been working in Restaurants from my colleges days during my culinary study at IHMCT Kovalam. I used to work part time in near by Restaurants and hotels after my classes in evenings and i truly have love for food, people and learning.
