Previous Employment Details:

Over 10 years\' professional experience in the Supply/Procurement area at major companies such as
VALE in the acquisition of Direct and Indirect Material/Equipment – MRO, Services (construction and
assembly), CAPEX (Investment Purchases).
 International experience – EUROPE (Western and Eastern) ,UNITED STATES and UAE (Dubai) – for
suppliers development, participation in projects, interchange and studies.
 Application and activity as multiplier of Global Sourcing, Strategic Sourcing, e-Procurement concepts, as
well as generating expressive savings/cost-avoidances.
 Management of procurement activities and administration of values up to US$ 750 million/year.
 Development of strategies to optimize workflow and reduce values related to the procurement area by
developing new suppliers, increasing competitiveness, quote of alternatives prices and deadlines among
others.
 Identification, development and negotiations/partnerships with suppliers (national and international)
adapted to company quality standards and needs.
 Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kanban, Pull System, PSP (Problem Solving Process), Risk
Analysis/Value Analysis.
 User of integrated SAP and Oracle systems as well as MS Project, AutoCAD, Ansys, MathCAD and Office
